If you cannot find Planning Enforcement
If the council does not publish a dedicated Planning Enforcement email address, send the letter to its general Planning Department or Customer Services address and include this at the top:
For the attention of the official responsible for enforcement of Part 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2024.
Please send the IIHF letter only to the local authority for the area in which you operate. This will help avoid unnecessary duplicate requests while allowing us to establish a clear national picture.
Please remember to CC ( ADD) the IIHF to your mail and contact us again when you get a reply.
